About Me
My name is Konstantin Starodubov. I live in Moscow and hold a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences.
I specialize in information security and identification technologies. I’ve published research on biometrics and presented talks on Open API security.
Professional Experience
I worked in the Information Security Department at the Bank of Russia. Currently, I lead Information Security Compliance in Yandex’s fintech division.
I’m interested in building information security requirements that:
- genuinely improve the security of products and infrastructure;
- don’t slow down development and business growth;
- work in practice, not just on paper.
